	Jim Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer Jim has been the President/CEO of FPMA since 2001. Prior to accepting this position, Jim was a Marketer member of the Association, owning and operating his company for 20+ years. As a proactive, long-time member of FPMA, Jim was honored by his peers by election into the FPMA Hall of Fame in 1996. He was also recently appointed PMAA Chairman of the Southeast Region Executives Committee. Jim utilizes his extensive background and knowledge of the industry to provide expert assistance to members of the association regarding legislative issues, regulatory challenges, tax questions and other industry concerns. He acts as FPMA's liaison between various city, county, state, and national organizations. Jim is the spokesman and contact for FPMA regarding all media matters. 	Linda Thomas, Vice President Finance and Convention Coordinator After graduating from Florida State University with a BS in Accounting, Linda joined the Association as Controller in 1981. In 1983, Linda assumed additional responsibilities in the coordination and management of the annual FPMA Convention and Tradeshow. Her competence was rewarded in 1998 when she was promoted to Vice President of Finance. Linda is responsible for all phases of accounting and fiscal aspects of the association. She also expertly plans and manages the annual convention and trade show. Linda provides staff support for the Finance, Convention, and Supplier/General committees. 	Mary Garden, Director of Communications Mary has been with FPMA since 1996 when she was hired as Staff Assistant. Following the addition of other responsibilities, Mary moved into a Membership Coordinator position. In December, 2004, she was promoted to Director of Communications. Her duties include the Petrogram, public relations/media needs, graphic productions, and improving website offerings for the membership. 	Adam Selvidge, Director of Member Services Adam joined FPMA in early 2005. Our newest team member greets callers, maintains and manages all aspects of membership information, coordinates mailings, generates database reports, and is responsible for all event registration. Adam also assists the Convention Director before and at the annual trade show. Adam is staff support for the Membership and C-Store Supplier Committees.
