Florida Groundwater Services, Inc. (FGS) was founded in April 1989. The company focus is environmental consulting and engineering, specializing in contaminated soil and groundwater investigations, transactional environmental site assessments (Phase I and II), contamination assessments, remedial action design, and landfill assessment and remediation. In 1991 Florida Remediation Services, Inc. (FRS) was founded as an affiliate of FGS. FRS provides turn-key environmental construction and remediation associated with petroleum and non-petroleum contamination, and hazardous waste. In 2007, FGS and FRS were merged to form The FGS Group. The combined resources of The FGS Group allows for a more efficient ability to provide turn-key services that meet all our client needs. In summary, our 19 year history of success is based on the combined experience of our owners and senior managers in the environmental remediation industry, coupled with a unique approach to handling our client's needs, acting as a partner with our clients to improve the value of their assets as well as decrease their liabilities. Our full service capabilities ensure streamlined project results since all phases of each project are conducted in house allowing for a seamless transition from phase to phase until project completion.
