Florida's Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco (DBPR) has finalized new enforcement rules for the Convenience Store Security Act, requiring all licensed convenience stores to submit approved employee training curricula and maintain compliance documentation. Noncompliance can result in fines up to $5,000 per violation per location and potential license action, with enforcement expected to begin soon after the new Form ABT-6081 is released.
