About Us

Since 1993, GeoTech is an engineering and a commercial real estate brokerage consulting firm specializing in redeveloping contaminated properties and providing comprehensive solutions in environmental science, including assessments, remediation, and fuel storage tank management.

GeoTech assists property owners and investors in the acquisition and sale of gas stations. With a rare combination of knowledge in the CRE market, environmental science, laws, and storage tank systems, we can assist ''sophisticated clients'' in transforming distressed portfolios into high-value marketable assets.

My educational background includes a bachelor's and master's degree in Geology, advanced level courses with the University of Oxford, Business education from Dartmouth College Tuck School of Business, a Broker’s license, & Pollutant Storage Systems Contractor license.
